How We Got Here

Stillwater began in 2018 when our founder, Elena Reyes, left a demanding career in finance to pursue a question that wouldn't leave her alone: why do we treat stress as a personal failing rather than an environmental problem?

After training in massage therapy, completing her 500-hour yoga certification, and studying integrative nutrition, Elena opened a single treatment room with a folding table and a conviction that wellness should feel like rest, not another item on a to-do list.

Six years later, Stillwater occupies a renovated craftsman house with four treatment rooms, a yoga studio, a meditation garden, and a team of seven practitioners who share Elena's belief that healing is not a race.

Honesty Over Sales

If you don't need weekly sessions, we'll tell you. If another practitioner is a better fit, we'll make the referral. Trust is our foundation.
